HUGAN ePremier12 Qualifiers

The WBSC eBaseball™ Series 2024 is composed of two global qualifiers and up to five regional qualifiers.

HUGAN ePremier12 Global Qualifiers

Competitors face off in two Global Qualifiers over four weeks of competition each. The top 50 players each week earn points, with first place receiving 500 points, second place receiving 250 points, and so forth. Points breakdown is available here. The schedules for the Global Qualifiers are as follows:

HUGAN ePremier12 1^st Global Qualifier (online)

• Week 1: 15-21 April
• Week 2: 29 April-5 May
• Week 3: 13-19 May
• Week 4: 27 May-2 June
• 1st Global Qualifier Play-Off: 22 June

HUGAN ePremier12 2^nd Global Qualifier (online)

• Week 1: 24-30 June
• Week 2: 8-14 July
• Week 3: 22-28 July
• Week 4: 5-11 August
• 2nd Global Qualifier Play-Off: 31 August

The top 16 players from each Global Qualifier, based on total points accumulated over the four weeks, head to respective Play-Offs where the champions of these events secure a spot in the ePremier12.

Regional Qualifiers

ePremier12 Chinese Taipei Qualifier

Six qualified players from offline and online tournaments in June and July respectively go to the in-person ePremier12 Chinese Taipei Finals in New Taipei City from 21-22 September, where two competitors secure their places in the ePremier12. The Finals are staged in partnership with the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association and the Taiwan Little League Baseball Association.

The first event, the in-person CTBC Brothers POWER PROS Festival, took place on 8 and 9 June at Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, and the second tournament, the Chinese Taipei eBaseball™ Cup, scheduled place online from 15-21 July.

HUGAN ePremier12 Japan Qualifier

Between 26 and 29 September, another chance to qualify is available through a ePremier12 Japan Qualifier. The champion of this tournament advances to the ePremier12.

HUGAN ePremier12 USA Qualifier

In partnership with USA Baseball, throughout the summer and autumn, another exciting qualifying events take place in the Americas, ensuring the participants of the ePremier12 represent the best of the best of the expanding global eBaseball™ movement.

The ePremier12 USA Finals - which takes place on Friday, 25 October in USA – sees the top two players in the six-player round-robin tournament qualify for the ePremier12 Opening Round. The slots for the finals are filled in two ways: USA eBaseball™ Power League among USA competitors and an online in-game tournament, the online USA eBaseball™ Cup planed from 2 to 8 September.

HUGAN ePremier12 Mexico Qualifier

A regional qualifier in the western hemisphere will be held with a partnership with MEGA as part of the road to the ePremier12.

Qualification begins with the online Mexico eBaseball™ Cup presented by MEGA, which will take place in WBSC eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS from 29 July to 4 August, with the top players residing in Mexico moving on to the ePremier12 Mexico Finals presented by MEGA, which will take place in person in September.

HUGAN ePremier12 Europe Qualifier

Europe has its chance to confirm a representative in the ePremier12.

There are two qualification stages as part of the ePremier12 Europe Qualifier. From 12-18 August, the Europe eBaseball™ Cup presented by FIBS (Italian Baseball Softball Federation)takes place online. The top four players resident in Europe in the tournament move on to the ePremier12 Europe Finals presented by FIBS, which will take place at Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, Italy.
