Puerto Rican Women's Baseball League post season to open on October 27

The defending champions, Arecibo Lobas, will head to the semifinals undefeated. Juana Diaz Poetas finished second, Estrellas del Guamamì placed third and Vega Alta Maceteras finished fourth. The All-Star game is scheduled for October 20. North beat South in the Youth Double-A League All-Star Game.

The table is set for the Puerto Rican Women's Baseball League post season. The defending champions, Arecibo Lobas, won the eight-team regular season with a perfect 13-0 record, extending their winning streak to 31 games. The other three semifinalists are Juana Diaz Poetas (11-2), Guayama Estrellas del Guamaní (9-5) and last season's runner ups Vega Alta Maceteras,

The semifinals will start on October 27, preceded by the All-Star Game, scheduled for Sunday, October 20 in Guayama.

The Josè Cheo Cruz Stadium in Arroyo hosted the Double-A Youth League All-Star Game. North dominated against South, 10-3.
