Army win 25th Pakistan Men's Baseball National Championship

The Army defeated the Water and Power Development Authority team in the final, 3-1. Eight provincial teams and affiliated unites participated in the event.

The Army defeated the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in the final at the Rawalpindi Baseball Field, 3-0, to win the 25th Pakistan Men's Baseball National Championship.

Faqir Hussain, Wasim Akram and Muhammad Younis scored the only three runs in the game.

All provincial teams and affiliated units, including Baluchistan, K.P., Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad, Army, WAPDA, Police, and the Higher Education College (HEC) participated in the event.

The Pakistan Baseball Federation (PFB) Secretary-General Syed Fakhar Ali Shah welcomed Brigadier Umar (MT) as the guest of honour at the closing ceremony.
